【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsaresuitableforsettingspecificationsonlineardetergentalkylatesandforqualitycontrolwherethesealkylatesaremanufacturedorareusedinamanufacturingprocess.Thegaschromatographytestisusefulinidentifyinglineardetergentalkylatesproducedbythevariousmanufacturingprocessesandfordeterminingtheapplicabilityofalineardetergentalkylatetoaparticularenduse.TestconditionshavebeenoptimizedforresolutionoftheC-9toC-15lineardetergentalkylatesandthepresenceofhigherorlowerchainlengthswillbereadilyapparentbutmayproduceerroneousresults.Thetetralinstructureshavenotbeensufficientlyidentifiedtoallowdeterminationoftetralins,andsmallunidentifiedcomponentsarereportedastetralinsandunidentifieds.Somelineardetergentalkylatesuseamanufacturingprocesswithanorganicchlorideasaprecursor.Thistestmaybeusedtoensurethatthechloridecontentofthealkylateisnotexcessiveforaparticularenduse.Theplatinum-cobaltcolortestisusefulindeterminingthatthecolorofthelineardetergentalkylatewillnotcontributetothecoloroftheenduseproduct.Therefractiveindexandspecificgravitytestsarepossibleaidsintheidentificationoflineardetergentalkylatesandinevaluatingalkylatesforgrosscontaminants.Thewatertestissuitablefordeterminingthatlineardetergentalkylatesdonotcontainamountsofwaterdeleterioustofurtherprocessing.FIG.1TypicalGasChromaticScanofanAlkylate1.1Thesetestmethodscoverchemicalandphysicaltestsapplicabletolineardetergentalkylates,evaluatingthosepropertieswhichcharacterizelineardetergentalkylateswithrespecttoitssuitabilityfordesireduses.Note18212;Lineardetergentalkylatescompriseslinearalkylbenzenespreparedbyvaryingprocessesofvaryinglinearalkylchainlength.Thealkylateissulfonatedforsurfactantuse,thelargestapplicationbeingindetergentproducts.Carefulcontroloflineardetergentalkylatecharacteristicsisdesired;duringsulfonation,variationsofthesulfonatecanoccurthatmayresultineitherdesirableorundesirableend-useproperties.1.2Thetestmethodsappearasfollows:SectionCompositionbyGasChromatography7-15Chlorides16-27Color28-30RefractiveIndex31-33SpecificGravity34-36Water37-39【英文标准名称】:Dentalbasemetalcastingalloys-Nickel-basedalloys
