【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricspinextractorsforhouseholdandsimilarpurposesthathaveacapacitynotexceeding10kgofdryclothandadrumperipheralspeednotexceeding50m/s,theirratedvoltagesbeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Spinextractorsincorporatedinwashingmachinesthathaveseparatecontainersforwashingandspinextractionarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE102Examplesofsuchappliancesarespinextractorsforcommunaluseinblocksofflatsorinlaunderettes.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyapplianceswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision;-playingwiththeappliancebyyoungchildren.NOTE103Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE104Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
