【摘要】:Thisdocumentdescribes2testmethodsofhighvoltagetesting:—TestAisusedtodetectandlocatedefectsinvitreousandporcelainenamels;—TestBisusedtodetectandlocatedefectsandweakspotsinvitreousandporcelainenamels.ThetestsareperformedusingDC,pulsedDC,orAChighvoltage.Thetestsareapplicabletodrysurfacesofenamelcoatings.Inthecaseofmoistsurfaces,careshouldbetakentoensurethatthelocatingofanydefectsiscorrectlyperformed.Sincetestvoltagesdependonthecoatingthickness,thetestmethod,especiallywithtestA,maynotbesuitablefortestspecimensforwhichthecoatingthicknessvariestoalargeextent.NOTEThisdocumentextendstherangeofapplicationofthetestgiveninISO2746,whichisrestrictedtocoatingthicknessesofminimum660μm.
