【摘要】:ISO/IEC23000specifiesadigitalitemstructure,afileformat,andreferencesasetofprotocolsusedinamediastreamingenvironmentforapplicationswheregovernedaudioandvideoinformationisstreamedtoanend-userdevicebymeansofexistingprotocolssuchasMPEG-2TransportStreamorRealTimeProtocoloverInternetProtocol(RTP/IP),andprovidesasetinformativeimplementationscorrespondingtospecificapplications.NOTEISO/IEC23000offersastandardizedsolutionforthestreamingofaudio-visualinformationandrelateddatatofacilitatesimpleandfullyinteroperableexchangeacrossdifferentdevicesandplatforms.TheMediaStreamingApplicationFormatallowsconformingdevicestoaccessaudioandvideoinformationthatisgovernedorungoverned,andreachesenduserdevicesusingavarietyofmeans.TheformatofthemediastreamingcontentspecifiedinthispartofISO/IEC23000reliesonanumberofMPEGtechnologiessuchasISO/IEC21000-2,ISO/IEC21000-3,ISO/IEC21000-4,ISO/IEC21000-5,ISO/IEC21000-9,ISO/IEC21000-18,aswellasonseveralMPEG-2/4standardsrelatedtoaudio/videoencoding,asthisMAFspecifies"native"resourcesforsomeapplicationscenarios.SomeoftheInternationalStandardsmentionedabovearereferencedintheirentiretybyISO/IEC23000-5,whilstothers,areonlyusedpartially,andinaspecificway.
